In the rare case of a defect or issue, we\u2019re happy to assist with a return or resolution within <strong>7 calendar days<\/strong> of delivery.\nEligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method or customer\u2019s bank account.\n<h4 style=\"color: #54B435;\">1. Return Eligibility<\/h4>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Item is physically damaged, defective, or different from the description on our website.<\/li>\n \t<li>Manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n \t<li>Item was damaged during transit.<\/li>\n \t<li>Size variation exceeds 10% (e.g., a listed 66-inch item under 59 inches or over 72 inches is eligible).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong> Items with assorted designs or colors are <em>not<\/em> returnable under the reason \u201cdifferent item received.\u201d Please read descriptions carefully.\n<h4 style=\"color: #54B435;\">2. See details below:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Refunds are issued if the item is damaged or defective and cannot be repaired or replaced.<\/li>\n \t<li>For Pay on Delivery orders:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Refunds will be made via <strong>bank transfer (NEFT)<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n \t<li>Credited to your ZahYa Ventures account wallet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>To receive a bank refund, update bank details under \u201cYour Account\u201d or the Returns Centre while initiating the return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Important Notes:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Refunds cannot be issued to third-party bank accounts.
