Yes — 100% pure cotton and 100% pure bamboo (not blended), including zero-twist cotton yarns, for softness, absorbency, and durability.

**What is Ihram and how is Zahya's Ihram different?**
Ihram is the sacred attire worn by men during Hajj and Umrah. ZahYa's Ihram towels are sweat-absorbent, gentle, soft, and pure.

**Where does Zahya ship?**
Currently ships across India. Delivery timelines depend on location and logistics provider; most orders arrive in 3–7 business days.

**How long does delivery take?**
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation; delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination.

**Can I cancel my order?**

**Shipping**
- All confirmed orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
- Once an AWB (Air Waybill) is generated, tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the shipping partner's portal.

**Returns — eligibility**
Accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery if the item is: physically damaged, defective, or different from the website description; has a manufacturing defect; was damaged in transit; or has a size variation exceeding 10% (e.g. a listed 66-inch item under 59 or over 72 inches). Items with assorted designs/colors are not returnable under "different item received" — read descriptions carefully.

**Return conditions**
Returned item must match what was sent, be in original condition with packaging and tags, and be unused and undamaged.

**Return process**
Initiate from purchase history; the courier partner schedules a pickup from the delivery address.

**Non-returnable products**
Items marked non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrect — notify within 3 days of delivery in that case.

**Replacements**
Only if the same item is in stock; otherwise a full refund is issued.

**Return abuse**
ZahYa Ventures reserves the right to warn, suspend, or deactivate accounts found misusing the return policy (excessive returns, cancellations, or refusal of delivery).

**Refunds**
Issued to the original payment method or customer's bank account if the item is damaged/defective and cannot be repaired or replaced. For Pay-on-Delivery orders: via bank transfer (NEFT) or ZahYa Ventures account wallet credit. Refunds cannot go to third-party bank accounts (name must match the ZahYa account); cash refunds are not available. If delayed beyond 5–7 business days, contact your bank/card provider.

**Order cancellation**
Only possible before the package is picked up by the courier; not possible after dispatch.
