We specialize in premium cotton and bamboo towels, as well as Ihram for pilgrims. We also offer a thoughtfully curated range of home textile essentials — always hand-picked for comfort and quality.
2. Are Zahya towels made from natural fabrics?
Yes, Zahya towels are made using pure cotton, bamboo blends, and zero-twist yarns that provide exceptional softness, absorbency, and durability.
3. What is Ihram and how is Zahya’s Ihram different?
Ihram is the sacred attire worn by men during Hajj and Umrah. Zahya’s Ihram towels are crafted to be sweat-absorbent, gentle, soft, and pure — offering comfort and purity throughout your pilgrimage.
4. Where does Zahya ship?
We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the logistics provider, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.
5. How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes between 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been picked up by our courier partner. Once the package is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
7. Can I return a product?
We only accept returns if there is a manufacturing defect, the item is damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong product. Please refer to our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy for complete details.
8. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
At this time, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. We’ve found that COD orders often face a higher chance of non-delivery or rejection without an actual delivery attempt. To ensure smooth, timely deliveries and offer a better overall experience, we currently accept only secure prepaid payments.
