  1. All confirmed orders are shipped within 2 business days.
  2. Once AWB is generated, it may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the shipping partner portal. Customers can track their order through shipping partner portal, once tracking is available.

Returns

Except for those clearly marked as non-returnable, most ZahYa Ventures purchases are returnable within the return window, which is 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

When a client returns a product, a refund is delivered to the original payment method or to the customer’s bank account. The return policy includes further information and timescales for issuing such refunds.

  1. Appropriate items are returnable within the appropriate 7-day return window if they are physically damaged, faulty, or deviate from the description on the product detail page on the ZahYa Ventures website.
  2. Returns are permitted only if:
    • There is a manufacturing flaw.
    • The supplied item was damaged during shipment.
    • The item delivered differs from what was requested.
  • There are items/products that come in a variety of colors, designs, prints, patterns, and so on. Please read the description before placing your purchase; they are not returnable for the following reasons: “Different Item Has Been Delivered”
  • Size variation exceeds 10%. For example, if the length specified is 66 inches and the delivered item’s length is less than 59 inches or greater than 72 inches, a return is permitted.
  1. Returns will be accepted only if:
  • The returned item is identical to what was sent to you.
    • The item is returned in its original condition (including the outer packing, MRP tag, and so on).
  • The item was not damaged or used while in your possession.
  1. From their purchase history, the customer may initiate a return request, and the linked courier channel will schedule a pickup from the address where the item was delivered.
  2. Products may not be returnable in specific circumstances, including situations of buyer’s regret, such as ordering the wrong model or colour of goods or ordering the wrong product.
  3. Items marked “non-returnable” on the product detail page are not returnable. However, in the odd case that you get a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will issue a complete refund or replacement, as appropriate. We may contact you to determine the extent of the damage or fault in the goods before giving a refund or replacement. We retain the right to pick up the merchandise to determine the extent of the damage or fault before offering a refund/replacement.
  4. Unless otherwise specified in the category specific policy, no extra information is necessary to return an eligible order.
  5. Products may be replaced only if we have the exact identical item in stock.
  6. If you file a replacement request and we do not have the exact same goods in stock, we will provide you a refund.
  7. If customers are discovered to be abusing the return policy by excessively returning items, cancelling or failing to accept orders, ZahYa Ventures retains the right to issue warnings, suspend, ban, and/or delete such customer accounts as appropriate.

Note: If you got a non-returnable product that was damaged or faulty, please inform us within 10 days of receiving the goods.

Refund
If the typical timeframe of 5-7 business days has passed and you are still waiting for your refund, reach out to your credit or debit card provider or bank for further information. Cash refunds will not be handled. Only in extraordinary circumstances can refunds be made through paper cheque.
  1. If an item is damaged or faulty, the seller will give a refund if it cannot be repaired or replaced.
  2. Refunds for Pay on Delivery orders will be routed either to your bank account (through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or to your ZahYa Ventures account.
  3. If you want to receive the Pay on Delivery order’s reimbursement to your bank account, alter the bank account information in Your Account or at the Returns Centre while returning an item.
Note: Refunds cannot be issued to third-party accounts. The name on your ZahYa Ventures account should correspond to the name on your bank account.
Note: Cancellation is permitted only until the package is picked up by the courier. Cancellation is not possible after that.
