
Shipping, Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shipping
- All confirmed orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
- Once an AWB (Air Waybill) is generated, tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the shipping partner’s portal.
- Customers can track their order once tracking becomes available.
Returns
We accept returns on most items within 7 calendar days of delivery, unless marked as non-returnable.
Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method or customer’s bank account.
1. Return Eligibility
- Item is physically damaged, defective, or different from the description on our website.
- Manufacturing defect.
- Item was damaged during transit.
- Size variation exceeds 10% (e.g., a listed 66-inch item under 59 inches or over 72 inches is eligible).
Note: Items with assorted designs or colors are not returnable under the reason “different item received.” Please read descriptions carefully.
2. Return Conditions
- The returned item must match what was sent.
- Item must be in original condition with packaging and tags.
- Item must be unused and undamaged while in your possession.
3. Return Process
- Return requests can be initiated from your purchase history.
- Our courier partner will schedule a pickup from the delivery address.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Note: If you receive a damaged or faulty non-returnable item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We may schedule a pickup before processing refund or replacement.
5. Replacements
- Replacements are possible only if the same item is in stock.
- If not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
6. Return Abuse
If a customer is found misusing the return policy through excessive returns, cancellations, or refusal of delivery, ZahYa Ventures reserves the right to warn, suspend, or deactivate the account.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or customer’s bank account. See details below:
- Refunds are issued if the item is damaged or defective and cannot be repaired or replaced.
- For Pay on Delivery orders:
- Refunds will be made via bank transfer (NEFT), or
- Credited to your ZahYa Ventures account wallet.
- To receive a bank refund, update bank details under “Your Account” or the Returns Centre while initiating the return.
Important Notes:
- Refunds cannot be issued to third-party bank accounts. The name must match your ZahYa Ventures account.
- Cash refunds are not available.
- If your refund is delayed beyond 5–7 business days, contact your bank or card provider.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before the package is picked up by the courier.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
